Before transitioning into behavioral healthcare, Aaron worked as a nurse, where he developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, clinical care, and compassionate service. His diverse healthcare background allows him to approach treatment with a holistic understanding of each individual’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Aaron’s passion for helping others is deeply rooted in his own recovery journey. Celebrating more than a decade of sobriety, he understands firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and the life-changing impact of recovery. He is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build healthy coping skills, strengthen their recovery, and rediscover purpose in their lives.
As a Primary Therapist at United Recovery Project’s Lake Worth location, Aaron works collaboratively with patients and the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term healing and sustained recovery. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate the recovery process and work toward achieving their personal goals.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his husband and their twins. Whether relaxing at home, visiting the beach, exploring new restaurants, or making memories with his family, he values the balance, connection, and gratitude that family brings to his life.
