You represent that:
- All information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

What you do not control:
You acknowledge that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit to us (outside of clinical care interactions) may be used by us without restriction or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully.
The Site is informational only
The content on this Site — including articles, blog posts, descriptions of services, testimonials, and any other material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice.
The content on this Site does not:
- Constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Replace consultation with a qualified physician, mental-health provider, licensed counselor, or other healthcare professional.
- Create a provider-patient relationship between you and Genesis House or any of its staff.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition, a mental-health concern, a substance use disorder, or any treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.
Individual results vary
Recovery is a deeply personal journey. Any descriptions of outcomes, success stories, or program results on this Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you or your loved one will achieve the same result.
Emergency situations — act immediately
IF YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE IS EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
If you or someone you know is in a mental-health crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). You may also chat at 988lifeline.org.
Do not use this website — or any online form — to report an emergency. Contacting us through the Site is not a substitute for emergency services.
7. Communications
Responding to your inquiry
When you contact us through the Site — by submitting a contact form, a callback request, or any other inquiry — you agree that we may contact you by phone or email to respond to your inquiry and provide information about our services.
This consent covers follow-up communication reasonably related to the inquiry you submitted. It does not authorize us to send you unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your request.
Your opt-out right
You may opt out of further communications from us at any time by:
- Replying to any email we send you with the word “Unsubscribe,” or
- Calling us at (888) 699-9395 and asking to be removed from our contact list.
We will honor your opt-out request promptly.
SMS / Text-Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messages from us, we may in the future send you SMS communications related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, or information about our services. This section is forward-looking; no text-message program is currently active.
If and when you consent to receive text messages from us, you will acknowledge:
- Consent is not a condition of service. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to receive care or to use this Site.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- To opt out, if you later receive text messages from us you may reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
- For help, reply HELP to any text message we send.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and program enrollment.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties, including accrediting organizations, government agencies, support resources, and referral programs. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. A link from our Site does not mean we endorse or have verified the linked site or its operator.
When you leave our Site and visit a third-party site, you are subject to that site’s own terms and privacy practices. We encourage you to review them before providing any personal information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN IT OR ANY SITE-RELATED SERVICE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS, WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY OF INFORMATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND TITLE/NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.
- Any defects in the Site will be corrected.
The Internet is not 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Internet. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GENESIS HOUSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genesis House and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Site or any services described on it.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Any content or information you submit through the Site.
- Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. We may also notify you through other means, such as a notice on the Site’s homepage.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
