Arlesha Millines

Case Manager

Arlesha Millines is a dedicated Case Manager committed to helping individuals navigate the recovery process by connecting them with the resources, support, and services needed to achieve lasting success. She works closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to coordinate care, develop individualized discharge plans, advocate for patient needs, and help remove barriers that may impact long-term recovery. Her goal is to empower every individual to build a strong foundation for a healthier and more fulfilling future.

A Florida native, Arlesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Before joining United Recovery Project, she served as a Juvenile Probation Officer with the State of Florida, where she worked closely with at-risk youth and their families. In that role, she coordinated access to mental health services, psychiatric care, and community-based resources while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. These experiences strengthened her passion for advocacy, case management, and helping individuals overcome life’s challenges.

Arlesha believes that every person deserves compassion, encouragement, and access to the tools necessary to achieve lasting change. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping patients recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build meaningful lives in recovery.

Outside of work, Arlesha enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, dancing, and creating lasting memories with her family. She is passionate about continuous learning, personal growth, and making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
