Christelle Kankalian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and has built her career around helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting recovery.
As Clinical Director, Christelle oversees the clinical programming and therapeutic services at URP Lake Worth (Genesis House), providing leadership, supervision, and support to the clinical team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. She is committed to maintaining clinical excellence through evidence-based practices, staff development, and individualized treatment that addresses the unique needs of every patient.
Christelle has extensive experience working with individuals facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, psychosis, relationship challenges, and other complex mental health conditions. She believes that successful treatment begins with building genuine therapeutic relationships founded on trust, empathy, and respect. Her collaborative and client-centered approach empowers patients to develop the skills and confidence needed to create lasting change.
