Jordan Mills is the Operations Manager at URP Lake Worth (Genesis House), where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility and supports the Behavioral Health Technician team in delivering exceptional, compassionate care. With extensive experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, Jordan is dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where both patients and staff can thrive.

Jordan’s passion for behavioral healthcare is deeply rooted in her own recovery journey. Having experienced the challenges of addiction firsthand, she understands the courage it takes to seek help and the life-changing impact that recovery can have. Her personal experience inspires her to lead with empathy, authenticity, and compassion while encouraging others to believe that lasting recovery is possible.

As Operations Manager, Jordan works closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure the facility operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and accountability. She is committed to supporting both patients and staff by fostering a positive, recovery-focused environment that promotes healing, personal growth, and long-term success.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys working out, cooking, and spending quality time with her fiancée and their animals. She remains passionate about helping others build healthier, more fulfilling lives through recovery.
