Kevin Foster is a dedicated Patient Care Specialist with extensive experience guiding individuals and families through every stage of the recovery process. With nearly a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, Kevin has served in a variety of roles, beginning as a Behavioral Health Technician before advancing into leadership and management positions. His diverse background allows him to provide compassionate guidance and personalized support to patients as they navigate treatment and prepare for long-term recovery.

As a Patient Care Specialist, Kevin works closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition through each level of care while helping develop safe, individualized aftercare plans that support lasting success. As a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) licensed by the State of Florida, he combines professional expertise with lived experience to encourage and empower individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Originally from New York, Kevin is also a proud alumnus of United Recovery Project and a person in long-term recovery. His personal journey fuels his passion for helping others discover that lasting recovery is possible. Witnessing patients regain hope and transform their lives continues to inspire his commitment to the field, and he remains dedicated to expanding his knowledge and skills as behavioral healthcare continues to evolve.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with his wife and son.
